Weight Issues...

Okay .. so almost every girl has them. Weight issues! I need to lose a few kilo's...
I've started yesterday..gi6a3t bread/pasta/rice/chocolate/pepsi (which are about the only things i eat everyday!) and i've taken up walking.
Now i have 13 days left.. my goal is to lose 4 kilo's (minimum) and i've decided to keep a Kilo-Kalculater (mind the spelling hehe) on my blog to motivate me :P
And so yes dear bloggers .. you are about to find out my darkest most deepest secret!
My weight! :O
67.8 kg.. i know its horrific!
I really think ina 4 kilo's will do magic for me ..
the extra weight is seriously killing me!
Now ladies (cuz i know they go through this more than the gentlemen) do you have any tips/advice/secrets?)

Im sure you probably have heard this before, but NO FOOD after 8 !!! if u get REALLY hungry eat something really light like fruit, yohgurt. It helps to satisfy ur appetite. Yala Good Luck on the mission!
drink ALOT of water.. thats what i do... it fills up my stomatch and doesnt make me eat as much... and walking is great... my biggest nightmare was Pepsi and all pop drinks, but as soon as i stopped drinking them, i felt better and my clothes fit better too... so thats good that you stopped...

I'm on the same mission too, sarli more than 6 months now, main thing is I'm focusing on losing the weight gradually to make sure I keep it off. El7amdella I've seen results, but for the next 6 months I'm kicking it up a notch, I'm going to increase the exercise. The best tip I can give is, cut the soda, change ur eating habits, but not too drastically, and focus on the exercise the most. It should raise ur metabolism, but who knows :P

shortyq gave u my first advice which is dont eat late at night.. my second advice is: get enough sleep! studies have shown that not sleeping enough actually results in weight GAIN! believe it or not!?
i tried it and it actually worked for me. once i started getting between 7-8 hours of sleep per night, i started to lose weight (whereas i used to average around 5 hours per night before.)

Believe me... jsut try to eat minimum not to fall into faint.
Also be stressed & nervous.

HmMm..
1) Eat a lot of celery (did i spell that right?) it helps burns the fat
2) Drink a lot of water, it fills u up
3) Do situps right before u go to bed
4) try not to eliminate foods u liek from ur diet, but just cut down on the amount u usually eat (Ex. instead of 3 cookeis eat one)

Losing weight is an international problem. A lot of people have this problem not just you. I for one have always had a weight problem almost all my life.
Now I had enough of this and I am doing something to stop it. I went to a dietitian to change the way I eat (chocolate sweet chocolate). And I start to exercises and that helps to ease the stress away.
So just close you mouth after 7:00 pm and you will see some result. You are young and you can with no trouble discard off all the weight you want if you put you mind to it.
So think positive.
God help me and help you and help every woman and man.

thanks so much everyone! But unfortunately i just weighed myself..i gained a kilo!! :O .. maybe cuz i ate fa6ayer last night? (bad pinky..i know!) or maybe cuz i weighed myself right after i ate breakfast...? Madry ehehe..im really doubting this is going to work :P
