Pinky is going to do something very very very naughty.
Pinky cannot tell you what she's about to do.
Pinky is scared and nervous about what she is going to do. It's the first time she does it.
Pinky's been waiting a long time to do this.
Pinky's scared she'll get caught.
Pinky can't sleep because she's doing it at sunrise...which is only hours (less even) away! She also can't sleep because she needs time to get ready. And she's too nervous to sleep.

Doing it at sunrise? Hmmm... strip naked and climb on you roof and crow like rooster? What else would you do at sunrise? Confusing... YOU HAVE TO TELL US WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO!
she's going to sneak out, take the car and go to the beach to watch the sunrise.. ummm, she's going for a jog on the beach.. ummmm, she's going to run away to go see 'flan'...
